Crime & Disorder


• Due to the relatively low “odds” involved, pool betting does not attract individuals seeking to launder the proceeds of crime.  However, the Company will still have strict policies to reduce any such risk.


• Payment into a users account will only be accepted by credit card, debit card or specified payment providers.


• Cardholder name and address details must be the same as the account holder.


• Withdrawal of funds can only be made by cheque – prizes cannot be paid online. Cheque will be made payable to account holder only and in same name as deposit.


• Daily deposit limits of £30.00 apply. Users cannot deposit more than this amount within 24 hours.


• Withdrawals over £1000 will require provision of identification documents such as passport and utility bill to prove identity.



Fair And Open Gambling


• Terms and conditions are clearly displayed on the website and must be accepted by all members on registration.


• A 40% deduction from the pool which will be retained by the Fantasticall.co.uk, rounding up or down of winnings.


• In the unlikely event that there are no outright winners the first prize winnings would be added to the runners up prize.


• Fantasticall.co.uk is authorised to operate remote pool betting by the Gambling Commission. REMOTE OPERATING LICENCE: Number 000-024223-R-306359-001


• Fantasticall.co.uk cannot influence the outcome of betting events, nor can it manipulate the winner(s).



Complaints Procedure

Any person wishing to make a complaint must do so initially by e-mail and enclose their personal address and telephone number for future contact if necessary. Fantasticall.co.uk will endeavour to answer all enquiries and complaints within forty eight hours of receipt.


Protection of Children And Other Vulnerable Persons


• Under 16's will not be permitted to register on the Fantasticall.co.uk website.


• Fantasticall.co.uk's advertising campaign does not target the under 16 age group.


• At Fantasticall.co.uk we will restrict deposits to individuals of 16 years and above and will undertake our own vigorous age verification checks.


• The Fantasticall.co.uk Terms and Conditions make it clear that members must be aged 16 or above.


• Where there is any doubt about a member's age, full identification documentation must be provided to Fantasticall.co.uk by post.


Promotion Of Social Responsibility 


• Users can easily self exclude via the website. A user can self-exclude for a minimum period of 9 months and a maximum period of 5 years. On expiry of the self-exclusion period, a user must take positive steps to gamble again and their account will not be automatically re-instated. Positive action requires confirmation over the telephone and a 24 hour cooling off period will apply before further gambling is permitted. If a user self-excludes a second time, their account will be cancelled, funds refunded and they will not be permitted to register again.


• The website contains information about responsible gambling and sources of advice and support.


• Individuals can e-mail Fantasticall.co.uk asking for their account to be closed and funds will be returned if we have not followed our policy procedures correctly.


• The software will aim to prevent those who have self excluded from re-registering, using name, address and card detail checks (in so far as this is feasible, using personal details, such as name, address and date of birth).
