Only one player from a “real” team can represent each fantasy team. E.g eleven Manchester United “players” could play for eleven different teams, one of which may be Manchester United.

2.4

The random drawing of players will be done by independent guest experts, live online.

2.5

In the event of a second player from a “real” team being allocated to a “fantasy” team already containing a “real” team colleague, the second player will be placed into the next “fantasy” team and another player drawn to replace him in the first “fantasy” team.

2.6

The creation of each team is final and no changes will be made thereafter, i.e. there will be no substitutes or transfers.

2.7

All teams will be created using a 4-4-2 formation drawn from eleven different “real” Premier League clubs. e.g. Manchester United's “fantasy” team may look like this:

2.8

Whoever plays right midfield for Liverpool will be earning points for Manchester United's “fantasy” team. Whoever plays left back for Fulham will be earning points for Manchester United's “fantasy” team etc.

2.9

The players will be selected by the “real” Premier League managers and can change match by match.

2.10

All transfers are done by “real” teams during the “transfer window”. No transfers can be done by Fantasticall players.

3.0

Scoring Points

3.1

Players from “real” teams that win will gain 3 points, players from “real” teams that draw will gain 1 point, players from “real” teams that lose will gain 0 points. These points are transferred to the Fantasticall teams.

4.0

Payment

4.1

The cost of one “share” in a team is £10.00, fixed until 31st January 2010.

4.2

The cost will rise to £20 per share on 1st February 2010. The price will rise to £25 per share on March 1st. These shares are valued the same as a £10 share when prize money is allocated.

4.3

Sales of shares will end on April 1st 2010, six weeks before the “real” Premier League season ends.

4.4

You can buy more than one share in a team.

4.5

Payment is in full with your application.

4.6

There is a 48 hour “cooling off” period when you can withdraw and receive a full refund. After this period refunds will not be possible.
